How does the return policy work?

The return policy works very simply, you contact us at [email protected] or through the contact page and mention that you want to return your package. Don’t forget to include your order number.

Once we have received the package, we will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Why do we have a return policy?

You have the right, as a consumer, that your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason to cancel, provided that the seal is not broken. When the seal is broken, your order is final and cannot be returned. Should you exercise your right of withdrawal and our return policy, you will have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product.

You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of return from your home to the online store is at your own expense. This cost is approximately €7.25 per package; for exact rates, consult your carrier’s website. If you exercise your right of withdrawal and our return policy, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and if reasonably possible in its original condition and packaging.
