3-MMC has been placed on List II of the Opium Act as of 28-10-2021 (link) and at that time the production, trafficking and possession of 3-MMC will be punishable. In short, 3-MMC is banned in the Netherlands. For this reason, we cannot and should not import or sell 3-MMC.
