We send orders discreetly and only in combination with Track & Trace, via various couriers. Our packaging is of A-quality and suitable for worldwide shipping. By using Track & Trace you can track your package fairly accurately. We provide an up-to-date status of the shipments and you can see where your order is. 

Postage costs

At Zzzzap we send packages as quickly as possible. Any order placed before 5:00 PM for which we have received payment will be shipped the same day.

All orders are shipped with your chosen carrier. You will always receive a track & trace code, so that you can track your order yourself.

Has your package not been delivered after 10 working days? Please contact us so we can investigate further.

Collection is not possible. Please have your order delivered.

We ship not to islands such as Sicily, Italy.
We do not ship orders to Germany.

Have you not received an order? We apply the following policy:

It is very annoying to order something, pay and then not receive the order. This is frustrating for both you and us.

A courier gives us a standard indication of what the expected delivery time will be, under the heading “Best Effort”.
Unfortunately, your order may take longer to arrive than the expected delivery time, the courier always tries to meet the expected delivery time and sometimes due to circumstances the courier is unable to do so. Causes vary from a breakdown along the way to the loss of a package.

This happens with every courier and if it happens to you, we will start an investigation to see what went wrong. Please note, if your order remains unchanged for several working days with the status “In transit” or “in transit”, then the following rules apply:

  • at least 5 working days for shipments to a neighboring country
  • at least 10 working days for other countries.

Possible solutions we offer if it turns out that your order has disappeared:

  • we will refund the value of your order
  • we will resend your order

When do we reimburse an order? not :

  • when you provide an incorrect address and the courier cannot deliver it
  • when you do not collect the package at a collection point
  • when the package was delivered to the neighbors because you were not present
    • Have the package delivered to a collection point, this will prevent problems!

Order and receive anonymously

Would you like to order your Research Chemicals anonymously? The Zzzzap.nl team is ready to help you when it comes to: anonymously receiving your order. The ordered products are carefully packaged in one blank envelope or box. So you can never see from the outside what exactly the content is.
