Complaints

You placed an order and received a package at home. Of course, it could be that we made a mistake. If this is the case, we recommend that you first report your complaint to us. This can be done through the following options

Should it be our fault that you did not receive your ordered products correctly, we will reasonably attempt to resolve the problem by doing the following

  • reimbursement of your order
  • resending your order
